My Story
Why I do this work.
I’m a real estate agent with Leyva & Co. Properties, affiliated with AXEN Realty, helping buyers and sellers across Gwinnett County and Metro Atlanta. I work with clients in English and Spanish, so you can ask questions and make decisions in the language you’re most comfortable with.
My focus is on Buford, Lawrenceville, Dacula, and the neighborhoods in between. First-time buyers, move-up buyers, sellers, investors, and people relocating to Georgia — every move is different, and every client gets my full attention.
I got into real estate because I love people, and I love that moment when a house stops feeling like a building and starts feeling like home. That mix of nerves and excitement never gets old to me, and I do not take it lightly that people trust me to be part of it.
Every client comes to me with a different story, but I try to show up for all of them the same way: patient, honest, and genuinely on their side. I answer my phone. I explain things in plain English or Spanish, whichever feels most like home to you, and I stick around long after the paperwork is signed. If a house is not right for you, I will tell you gently but honestly, because your trust matters more to me than closing a deal ever could.
