This policy explains how leyvacoproperties.com (this website) handles information when you visit or use the contact and valuation forms. It applies only to this website, not to phone calls, texts, emails, or in-person conversations with Yisel Leyva or Leyva & Co. Properties, which are handled separately.
Information You Provide
The Contact and Home Valuation forms ask for details like your name, email, phone number, and message. When you submit one, what you entered is sent to Formspree, a form-processing service, which delivers it to Yisel Leyva by email. Formspree keeps a copy of each submission on its servers as part of providing that service, subject to Formspree’s privacy policy. This website itself has no database and does not keep a copy. If a submission fails, the form shows a direct phone number and email address instead.
Whatever you send by email, text, WhatsApp, or phone call afterward is handled the same way any personal correspondence would be, under Yisel Leyva’s and Leyva & Co. Properties’ own recordkeeping practices — not by this website.
Information Collected Automatically
This site does not use cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers of its own. The hosting provider (Cloudflare) may log basic technical data common to all web traffic — such as IP address, browser type, and request timestamps — for security and reliability purposes, the way most web infrastructure does. This site does not access or use those logs.
